Hospitality training

OEC owns and operates Carlton House and the Monkey Bar in Dubbo. Carlton House is an historic function centre in leafy south Dubbo that is ideal for weddings, parties, conferences and meetings. The Monkey Bar is a cafe, bar and restaurant, overlooking the banks of the Macquarie River. It is a fully smoking and gambling free venue in the heart of Dubbo’s CBD.

These venues provide opportunities for work experience and training in the hospitality industry, a key area where there is a significant skills shortage in the local community. Profits from these venues are used to support our social enterprise undertakings.
