OEC Employment is a premier provider of the Australian Government’s employment initiative known as Job Services Australia. We provide these services throughout the western region of NSW. We have five permanent offices and nine outreach sites to meet the employment needs of regional communities, including offices at:

• Dubbo
• Wellington
• Gilgandra
• Coonamble
• Coonabarabran

If you are an employer with recruitment needs, you can engage us to work directly with you to meet your staffing requirements.  

What we do:

• We provide members of the local business community with an additional FREE resource to support you when hiring staff
• We help you understand local labour market trends
• We advise you on the financial assistance packages you may be eligible for, including:
  • Wage subsidies
  • Training or apprenticeship incentives
  • Personal support for up to six months
  • Help completing forms and understanding your regulatory requirements
  • We help you plan your future staffing needs.

Our recruitment consultants have extensive experience in the recruitment. When you list a vacancy with us, we offer the following FREE services:

• We organise the advertising
• We screen applicants according to your business requirements
• We conduct interviews on site or at our office.
